The primary responsibility of DCI is to perceive, initiate, and provide comprehensive patient care. We serve society by providing care for patients with End-Stage Renal Disease. Our goal is complete patient rehabilitation.
DCI began serving people with kidney failure in 1971. DCI proudly gives back to society through research and education because we believe people with kidney disease should be able to live the best life possible. We provide options- home hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and in-center hemodialysis- as well as encouragement for transplantation.

The dialysis therapist carries out 90 % of the renal replacement therapy , but are paid a low wage because they dont have license to give meds and do assessments

Our recruiters and clinic leadership teams review wages regularly to ensure our compensation aligns with the local market. We also offer educational reimbursements for those pursuing a nursing degree as part of our benefits.
I had stage 4 kidney problems and its do to drug toxicity by HCMC neurology clinic doctors who said that I am faking it no to stronger than normal and it poisoned 🤢🤮 by keppra generic form of dose 1,000 twice daily basically killing my kidneys and I am now healed up great.

It's called by the doctors there gaslighting me Lynn Deatherage. Due to my disability in my lifetime. CDC says that they have to treat their patients as drug seekers and junkies. I have nonunion fractures in my back and arthritis in both knees. And a neurologist Dr.Laura Lee said that I have due to a TBI in the past years ago and it caused me to have epilepsy called complex partial fits. And this clinic assuming that I am faking it. So to get rid of me they up the dose to 1,000mg morning 🌅🌄 and night 🌃🌉 time is why my kidneys were not working right.

Intentionally or not, health care workers' dancing videos were their way of showing us the truth: there were no hospitals clogged with people dying of covid, no hallways full of people gasping on ventilators, no overflowing morgues. Just health care workers in empty hospitals so bored they had time to choreograph and film dance videos.
Hi John, in reality, we are actually a dialysis center who did this after our patients finished treating for the day and were out of the building. So we worked a full day and THEN came up with this on OUR OWN TIME. Thanks for your support of the healthcare community!
